Return & Refund Policy

At Femma, we aim to keep our return process clear, fair, and transparent.


Return Window

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement at no cost.

After 12 hours, the order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled. However, you may still return the item after delivery according to this policy.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Item must be in original packaging
  • All tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to partial refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Estimated return shipping: $8–$12, depending on carrier and location

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs.


Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to standard returns.

This fee is calculated based on the original product price (excluding shipping).

The restocking fee does NOT apply if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product materially differs from its description

In these cases, you will receive a full refund, and return shipping will be covered by us.


Refund Example

If you return an item priced at $120:

  • 20% restocking fee = $24
  • Refund issued = $96
  • Return shipping paid by customer

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue

We will offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

No restocking fee and no return shipping cost will apply.


Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Funds are issued to the original payment method
  • It may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Item shows signs of use
  • Packaging is missing or damaged

We will always notify you before issuing a partial refund.
